ROI Basics
Return on Investment (ROI)[3] is a percentage calculated as
the ratio of net program or project benefits to program or project costs
times 100. In order to determine this ratio, three questions must be
answered:
- What is the reason for training?
- What is the investment in training?
- How is the return measured?
